b. By submitting User-Generated Content, users grant Onetalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App.

c. Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to grant the licence described in section 3b above, and that their User-Generated Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

a. Onetalk respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at hello@onetalk.care.

b. Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, Onetalk will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

5. Copyright Compliance by Users

a. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the App.

b. Users may not upload, post, or otherwise distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner, unless such use is protected by fair use or other applicable exceptions under copyright law.

c. Users are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content they submit to the App, and Onetalk assumes no liability for such content.
